Conducted stakeholder interviews and user research with employees across multiple departments

Facilitated Design Sprint workshops to align business goals with user needs

Created user flows and information architecture for complex HR workflows

Designed mobile and web interfaces in Figma, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes

Designed the face-recognition attendance flow for the mobile app

Ran usability testing with 17 respondents and iterated on the findings before developer handoff
